Traveling by night it’s the best!!!

First thing first: it doesn't matter if you’re traveling by train, coach, car or plane!!! Traveling by night is just relaxing. It's easier to just get on a plane or train and even a coach than to take the car because you have to have it checked before; you have to always have a full tank and a good driver. Especially when you’re traveling at night it's important to have a driver who is awake and can take you safely to your destination. But they are really hard to find, because everybody wants to sleep sometime and when you're arriving in the morning he/she is the only one who has to sleep while the other ones can start the day after sleeping through the night. So it's better for all to take the train, coach, or the plane. You have to spend a little bit more money when you’re flying. It's cheaper to go by coach. You get good deals if you’re booking early or travel alone. Some of these buses are really comfortable and sometimes they have free Wi-Fi!! :)) But if you have a choice to take the train, I would choose the train. Here in Europe the night train are really functional and good for short trips across the continent.
Here some tips to avoid a sleepless night:
1. Get a small sleeping bag (you can take it anywhere and you know that it's clean)
2. Just take the important stuff in your carry on:
 - PJ
 - toiletry
 - a little towel (you could use it as a pillow or to cover the pillow you were given)
 - Your big luggage goes under the seats and stays down there.
3. NEVER leave your sleeping cabin open at night (thief are coming at night to grab everything they can!!) The conductor will wake you before you arrive at your destination so don't worry you won't miss it.
4. Sleep with your head towards the window and put the important stuff under/next to your pillow (even when you sleep at the top <the thief's are really ruthless> they even get your stuff from the top!)
5. Get to know the persons in your cabin. So it's easier to make arrangements and have a good time. If you’re traveling with another person and you couldn't get beds next to each other just ask the following travellers to swop beds. Some people (spec. the old ones) are even glad not to sleep at the top!
So I wish you good luck and lots of fun on your next trip :)
